Regina gives Henry his time to cool off. And then a good extra hour on top of that. But it's now been three hours, and she wants him to come help with dinner, so it's time for him to stop sulking and participate.
Except that Henry is not in his room.
This is not immediately terrifying. It takes Regina another hour of searching before she's panicking. Not at Granny's Diner, not at the docks or hanging out on his favorite jungle gym. Not even at Snow's (and wasn't that a fun conversation. Regina has to call, to check, she doesn't want to see that woman's face when she has to admit she can't find her son.)
Finally, there's only one option left.
Emma took him.
Regina returns to the house in a flurry of nerves, anger and misery. Henry is her son, Emma gave him up! She had no right.
